ANTARCTIC TREATY (ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION) ACT 1980 No. 103 of 1980 - SECT 28

28. (1) An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
a review of a decision of the Minister made under section 9, 10, 11 or 12.
(2) In sub-section (1), "decision" has the same meaning as in the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.
