ANTARCTIC TREATY (ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION) ACT 1980 No. 103 of 1980 - SECT 26

26. The Minister may cause, make arrangements for, or co-operate with any
government, organization or person in-

   (a)  the formulation and implementation of programs;

   (b)  the carrying out of research; and

   (c)  the dissemination of information, relating to the conservation of
        Antarctic fauna and flora and the protection of the environment of the
        Antarctic.
