ANTARCTIC TREATY (ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION) ACT 1980 No. 103 of 1980 - SECT 23

23. A person who assaults or threatens an inspector acting in the performance
of his duties under this Act is guilty of an offence punishable-

   (a)  on summary conviction-by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment
        for a period not exceeding 6 months, or both; or

   (b)  on conviction on indictment-by a fine not exceeding $5,000 or
        imprisonment for a period not exceeding 2 years, or both.
