ANTARCTIC TREATY (ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION) ACT 1980 No. 103 of 1980 - SECT 20

Contravening provisions of permits

20. Where a provision of a condition of a permit is applicable to a person and
the person contravenes that provision, he is guilty of an offence punishable
on conviction by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment for a period not
exceeding 6 months, or both.
