AUSTRALIAN TRADE COMMISSION (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 187 of 1985 - SECT 40

40. Section 40 of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) by inserting in sub-section (1) "by the Commission" after "person has been
paid";
(b) by omitting from sub-section (1) "Commonwealth" (wherever occurring) and
substituting "Commission"; and
(c) by omitting from sub-section (2) "Executive Member" (wherever occurring)
and substituting "Managing Director of the Commission".
