ADELAIDE TO CRYSTAL BROOK RAILWAY ACT 1974 No. 85 of 1974 - SECT 6
Power to connect with State railways.
6. Sub-section 32 (2) of the Commonwealth Railways Act 1917-1973 does not
apply to works by way of the construction of a line of railway in accordance
with the consent of the Government of South Australia given by clause 9 of the
Agreement.
