AUSTRALIAN TOURIST COMMISSION ACT 1987 No. 136 of 1987 - SECT 39
Terms and conditions of appointment not provided for by Act
39. The Managing Director holds office on such terms and conditions in
relation to matters not provided for by this Act as are determined by the
Board with the written approval of the Minister.
