ARTS, TERRITORIES AND ENVIRONMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 60 of 1989 - SECT 9
Certain laws converted into enactments
9. Section 34 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(8) the following subsection:
"(8A) The regulations may amend Schedule 5 by adding to that Schedule a law
added to Schedule 3 under subsection (8).".
