ARTS, TERRITORIES AND ENVIRONMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 60 of 1989 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act commences on the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 11 and 13 shall be taken to have commenced on 7 December 1988.

(3) Part 5 commences, or shall be taken to have commenced, on the commencement
of section 25 of the A.C.T. Self-Government (Consequential Provisions) Act
1988.
