ARTS, TERRITORIES AND ENVIRONMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 60 of 1989 - SECT 19
Sittings of courts etc.
19. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (1)
(a) ", otherwise than in the exercise of its criminal jurisdiction,".
