A.C.T. SELF-GOVERNMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 No. 109 of 1988 - SECT 2

Commencement

2. (1) Section 1 and this section commence on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) The amendments of section 19 of the Commonwealth Teaching Service Act 1972
commence on a day or days to be fixed by the Chief Minister by notice in the
Territory Gazette.

(3) The remaining provisions of this Act (including the amendments made by
Schedule 5) commence on a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.
