AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 122 of 1986 - SECT 29

29. Section 74 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Penalty: $1,000 or
imprisonment for 3 months" and substituting the following: "Penalty:

   (c)  in the case of a natural person - $1,000 or imprisonment for 6
months, or both; or

   (d)  in the case of a body corporate - $5,000.".
