AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 122 of 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on a day
to be fixed by Proclamation.

(2) Sections 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37 shall come into operation on a day to be
fixed by Proclamation, being a day later than the day fixed under subsection
(1).
