AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION ACT 1979 No. 113 of 1979 - SECT 94

94. (1) The Director-General shall, as soon as practicable after each year
ending on 30 June, furnish to the Minister a report on the activities of the
Organization during that year.

(2) A copy of a report furnished under sub-section (1) shall be given to the
Leader of the Opposition in the House of Representatives, but it is the duty
of the Leader of the Opposition to treat it as secret.
