AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION ACT 1979 No. 113 of 1979 - SECT 68

68. (1) In a proceeding before the Tribunal, a spouse is competent, but not
compellable, to disclose a communication made to him or her by the other
spouse during the marriage.

(2) The rules relating to legal professional privilege that apply in relation
to proceedings in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory apply
in relation to a proceeding before the Tribunal.
