Division 5-Procedure and Evidence
66. At the hearing of a proceeding before the Tribunal, a party to the
proceeding, or the Commonwealth agency to which the assessment was furnished,
may appear in person, by a barrister or solicitor or, with the approval of the
Tribunal, may be represented by some other person.
