AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION ACT 1979 No. 113 of 1979 - SECT 63
Review of findings
63. (1) At any time after the completion of a review, the applicant may apply
to the Tribunal for a review of the findings of the Tribunal on the ground
that he has fresh evidence of material significance that was not available at
the time of the previous review.
(2) If the Tribunal is satisfied that the application is justified, it may
review its previous findings, and this Act applies to and in relation to such
a review and the findings in such a review as if it were the review of an
assessment.
