AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION ACT 1979 No. 113 of 1979 - SECT 60

Findings of Tribunal
60. (1) Upon conclusion of a review, the Tribunal shall make and record its
findings in relation to the assessment, and those findings may express the
opinion of the Tribunal as to the correctness of, or justification for, any
opinion, advice or information contained in the assessment or as to the
question to which the assessment relates.

(2) Subject to this section, the Tribunal shall cause copies of its findings
to be given to the applicant, the Director-General and the Commonwealth agency
to which the assessment was furnished.

(3) The Tribunal may direct that the whole or a specified part of its
findings, so far as they relate to any matter that has not already been
disclosed to the applicant, is not to be communicated to the applicant or is
not to be communicated to the Commonwealth agency to which the assessment was
furnished.

(4) Subject to any direction of the Tribunal, the applicant is entitled to
publish, in such manner as he thinks fit, the findings of the Tribunal, so far
as they have been communicated to him.
