AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION ACT 1979 No. 113 of 1979 - SECT 57

57. (1) Where an application for review of a security assessment is made in a
case in which the Attorney-General has given a certificate certifying in
accordance with paragraph 38 (2) (b), the Director-General shall, within 30
days after receipt of notice of the application, lodge with the Tribunal a
copy of the certificate, together with a copy of the whole of the assessment.

(2) The Tribunal shall not, at any time, inform the applicant of the existence
of, or permit the applicant to have access to any copy or particulars of, a
certificate of the Attorney-General referred to in sub-section (1) or any
matter to which the certificate relates.
