AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION ACT 1979 No. 113 of 1979 - SECT 55

55. Where an adverse or qualified security assessment has been notified to a
person in accordance with this Part, any application under section 54 in
relation to the assessment shall be made within the period of 30 days after
receipt of the notification or within such further time as the Tribunal,
either before or after the expiration of that period, allows.
