Division 4-Review of Security Assessments
54. A person who has, in accordance with this Part, been given notice of an
adverse or qualified security assessment in respect of him may apply in
writing to the Tribunal for a review of the assessment and shall lodge with
his application a copy of the assessment as furnished to him.
