AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION ACT 1979 No. 113 of 1979 - SECT 46

46. (1) A member shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the
Remuneration Tribunal, but, if no determination of that remuneration by the
Remuneration Tribunal is in operation, he shall be paid such remuneration as
is prescribed.

(2) A non-presidential member shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed.

(3) Sub-sections (1) and (2) have effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunals
Act 1973.

(4) If a person who is a Judge referred to in section 42 is appointed as a
member, he is not, while he receives salary or annual allowances as a Judge,
entitled to remuneration under this Act.
