AUSTRALIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION ACT 1979 No. 113 of 1979 - SECT 28

28. A request by the Director-General for the issue of a warrant under this
Division shall specify the facts and other grounds on which the
Director-General considers it necessary that the warrant should be issued and
(where appropriate) the grounds on which the Director-General suspects a
person of being engaged in, or of being likely to engage in, activities
prejudicial to security.
