AUSTRALIAN SPORTS DRUG AGENCY ACT 1990 No. 18 of 1991 - SECT 69

Reports to Minister 
69. The Agency must:

   (a)  from time to time inform the Minister concerning the general conduct
        of its activities; and

   (b)  furnish to the Minister such information in relation to its activities
        as the Minister from time to time requires.
