AUSTRALIAN SPORTS DRUG AGENCY ACT 1990 No. 18 of 1991 - SECT 59

59. (1) The Agency must prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister
directs, of the receipts and expenditure of the Agency for each financial year
and, if the Minister so directs, for any other period specified by the
Minister.

(2) The Agency must submit estimates so prepared to the Minister not later
than such date as the Minister directs.

(3) Estimates so prepared are not to include estimates of receipts by the
Agency of money to be held on trust or of expenditure by the Agency of money
held on trust.

(4) The Agency's money, other than money held on trust, must not be spent
otherwise than in accordance with estimates of expenditure approved by the
Minister.
