AUSTRALIAN SPORTS DRUG AGENCY ACT 1990 No. 18 of 1991 - SECT 49

49. (1) The Agency must, from time to time, during the period in respect of
which a strategic plan is in force, consider whether a variation of the plan
is necessary.

(2) Where the Agency considers that a variation of the strategic plan is
necessary, the Agency may, with the approval of the Minister, vary the plan.

(3) Where a variation of the strategic plan is approved by the Minister the
plan as so varied continues in force on and after the day on which the
variation is so approved as if the plan had originally been approved by the
Minister as so varied.
