AUSTRALIAN SPORTS DRUG AGENCY ACT 1990 No. 18 of 1991 - SECT 4

4. (1) A reference in this Act to a request to provide a sample, in relation
to a competitor, is a reference to such a request by the Agency for the
purpose of detecting whether or not the competitor has used a scheduled drug
or doping method.

(2) Nothing in this Act is taken to imply that a person becomes subject to any
criminal or civil liability merely because the person has failed to comply
with a request to provide a sample.
