AUSTRALIAN SPORTS DRUG AGENCY ACT 1990 No. 18 of 1991 - SECT 39
Constitution of committees
39. (1) A committee is to be constituted wholly by members of the Agency or
partly by members of the Agency and partly by other persons.
(2) In all cases, the Chairperson of the committee must be a member of the
Agency.
