AUSTRALIAN SPORTS DRUG AGENCY ACT 1990 No. 18 of 1991 - SECT 19

19. (1) The Agency consists of:

   (a)  the Chairperson; and

   (b)  the Deputy Chairperson; and

   (c)  the Chief Executive; and

   (d)  not fewer than 1 nor more than 3 other members.

(2) The performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of the
Agency are not affected merely because of vacancies in the Agency's
membership.
