AUSTRALIAN SPACE COUNCIL ACT 1994 No. 27 of 1994 - SECT 9

9.(1) The Council must prepare a strategic plan, and give it to the Minister,
as soon as practicable after the commencement of this section.

(2) The plan is to relate to the period of 5 years beginning on 1 July 1994.
