AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 90 of 1989 - SECT 39

Power to require person to identify property of body corporate
39. A person who has power under this Division to require another person to
produce books relating to affairs of a body corporate may, whether or not that
power is exercised, require the other person, so far as the other person can
do so:

   (a)  to identify property of the body; and

   (b)  to explain how the body has kept account of that property.
