AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 90 of 1989 - SECT 26

26. If a copy is given to a person under subsection 24 (2) or 25 (3) subject
to conditions, the person, and any other person who has possession, custody or
control of the copy or a copy of it, shall comply with the conditions.
Penalty: $1,000 or imprisonment for 3 months, or both.
