AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 90 of 1989 - SECT 239

239. (1) An appeal lies to the Federal Court of Australia from a judgment or
order of another court exercising jurisdiction that the other court has under
section 236.

(2) An appeal lies to the High Court, with special leave of the High Court,
from a judgment or order of a kind referred to in subsection (1).

(3) Subject to subsections (1) and (2), no appeal lies from a judgment or
order of a kind referred to in subsection (1).
