AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 90 of 1989 - SECT 2

Commencement 
2. (1) Part 1 shall commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall commence on a day, or
respective days, to be fixed by Proclamation.
