AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 90 of 1989 - SECT 17

17. (1) At the end of an investigation under section 13 or 15, the Commission
may prepare a report about the investigation and shall do so if the Minister
so directs.

(2) At the end of an investigation under section 14, the Commission shall
prepare a report about the investigation.

(3) A report under this section shall set out:

   (a)  the Commission's findings about the matters investigated;

   (b)  the evidence and other material on which those findings are based; and

   (c)  such other matters relating to, or arising out of, the investigation
        as the Commission thinks fit or the Minister directs.
