AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 90 of 1989 - SECT 155

155. (1) The Minister may, after consulting the Advisory Committee, publish
any advice or recommendations given to him or her by the Advisory Committee.

(2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects the power of the Advisory Committee to
publish any advice or recommendations that it has given to the Minister.
