AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 90 of 1989 - SECT 119
Limitation on appointments to act during vacancy
119. A person appointed under section 116, 117 or 118 to act during a vacancy
shall not continue for more than 12 months to act during the vacancy.
