AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 12 of 1989 - SECT 5

5. (1) There is established by this Act a Commission by the name of the
Australian Sports Commission.

(2) The Commission:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession;

   (b)  shall have a common seal; and

   (c)  may sue and be sued.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take notice of the
imprint of the common seal of the Commission appearing on a document and shall
presume that the document was duly sealed.
