AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 12 of 1989 - SECT 29
Duties of Executive Director
29. (1) The Executive Director shall manage the affairs of the Commission
subject to the directions of, and in accordance with policies determined by,
the Commission.
(2) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Commission
by the Executive Director, for the purposes of this Act, shall be taken to
have been done by the Commission.
