AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COMMISSION ACT 1985 No. 77 of 1985 - SECT 9
Directions to Commission
9. (1) The Minister may, by written notice, give directions to the Commission
with respect to the policies and practices to be followed by the Commission.
(2) The Commission shall comply with any direction given to it under
sub-section (1).
