AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COMMISSION ACT 1985 No. 77 of 1985 - SECT 39

Reports to Minister 
39. The Commission shall-

   (a)  from time to time inform the Minister concerning the general conduct
        of its activities; and

   (b)  furnish to the Minister such information in relation to its activities
        as the Minister from time to time requires.
