AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COMMISSION ACT 1985 No. 77 of 1985 - SECT 29

29. (1) The staff required to assist the Commission shall be persons appointed
or employed under the Public Service Act 1922.

(2) The General Manager of the Commission has all the powers of, or
exercisable by, a Secretary of a Department under the Public Service Act 1922
so far as those powers relate to the branch of the Australian Public Service
comprising the staff referred to in sub-section (1) as if that branch were a
separate Department.
