AUSTRALIAN SPORTS ANTI-DOPING AUTHORITY ACT 2006 (NO. 6, 2006) - SECT 19

             (1)  The NAD scheme may authorise the ASADA and/or the ASDMAC to charge fees for performing their functions under the NAD scheme.

             (2)  A fee:

                     (a)  must not be such as to amount to taxation; and

                     (b)  is payable to the Commonwealth.
