ANL SALE ACT 1995 No. 136 of 1995 - SECT 69

69. On and after the sale day, ANL's articles of association must include the
following provisions (the specified articles):

   (a)  a provision requiring ANL to issue to the Commonwealth on the sale day
        a share in ANL with the characteristics described in the articles
        mentioned in paragraphs (b) and (c);

   (b)  a provision specifying that the special share is not transferable;

   (c)  a provision specifying that the holder of the special share is not
        entitled:

        (i)    to vote at a general meeting of ANL; or

        (ii)   to receive any distribution (by way of dividend or otherwise)
               of ANL's profits;

   (d)  provisions that:

        (i)    deal with any other matters (whether they relate to the special
               share or not); and

        (ii)   are described in the articles of association as specified
               articles.
