ANL SALE ACT 1995 No. 136 of 1995 - SECT 2

Commencement 
2.(1) Part 1, section 37 and Part 8 commence on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Parts 5, 6 and 7 commence on the agreement day.

(3) The remaining provisions commence on the sale day.
