ANL SALE ACT 1995 No. 136 of 1995 - SECT 19
Transitional provision relating to Part VIIIA of the SRC Act
19. On and after the sale day, Part VIIIA of the SRC Act continues to apply to
an ANL body as if any licence granted to the ANL body under that Part were
revoked on the sale day.
