AIR SERVICES ACT 1995 No. 81 of 1995 - SECT 29
Outside employment
29.(1) A full-time Chairperson must not engage in paid employment outside the
duties of his or her office except with the approval of the Minister.
(2) A part-time member must not engage in any paid employment that, in the
Minister's opinion, conflicts with the proper performance of the member's
duties.
