Other terms and conditions of appointed members
- (1)
- The Chair holds office on the terms and conditions (in relation to matters
not otherwise covered by this Act) that are determined in writing by the
Governor-General.
- (2)
- The other appointed members hold office on the terms and conditions (in
relation to matters not otherwise covered by this Act) that are determined in
writing by the Minister.
