AUSTRALIAN PROTECTIVE SERVICE ACT 1987 No. 7 of 1987 - SECT 25

25. (1) The Secretary may, either generally or as otherwise provided in the
instrument of delegation, by writing signed by the Secretary, delegate to the
Director or another protective service officer the power of the Secretary to
authorise persons under section 10.

(2) The power shall, when exercised by the delegate, be deemed to have been
exercised by the Secretary.

(3) A delegation by the Secretary under sub-section (1) does not prevent the
exercise of the power by the Secretary.
