AUSTRALIAN PROTECTIVE SERVICE ACT 1987 No. 7 of 1987 - SECT 23

23. In any action or proceeding in a court (including a court of a State or
Territory), a certificate signed by the Secretary certifying that a person
specified in the certificate was, at a specified time or during a specified
period, the Director or another protective service officer, or the person
occupying a specified office in the Department, is prima facie evidence of the
facts certified.
